Return and Exchange for Change of Mind
We offer returns and exchanges for items that are in new, unused condition and still have the original tags attached. However, please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns or exchanges made due to a change of mind.

- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the total purchase price of the returned item.
- You must request the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Custom products include but are not limited to:
- Custom t-shirts
- Embroidered items
- Screen-printed apparel
- Personalized headwear
Custom Product Exclusion Details:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Custom items, including those with logos, artwork, or personal messages, are final sale.
- Defects or Errors: If your custom product has a manufacturing defect or an error in customization (such as incorrect design, size, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@rushapparels.com or (786) 535-7543 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Be sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Get Approval: Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have the RA number, return the item to the address provided by our team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process your exchange, less the 30% restocking fee, if applicable.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error made by Rush Apparels. If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or a full refund. Please ensure to include:
- A photo of the damage or defect.
- The order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns due to a change of mind.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange as soon as the original item is returned and inspected. In the case of an exchange due to change of mind, the 30% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange.
