At Rush Apparels, we prioritize speed, accuracy, and reliability in every order. This shipping policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders go through a structured production process before shipping.

  • Blank (non-customized) orders: 4–7 business days

  • Customized orders (printing/embroidery): 10–15 business days

Processing time begins after payment confirmation and final design approval.

Shipping Time

Shipping timelines depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Freight / Bulk Orders: Varies based on quantity and location

Please note: Shipping timelines are separate from production time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx (when required)

Carrier selection depends on order size, delivery speed, and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping speed

Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout or included in your custom quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

Rush Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

  • Additional charges may apply for reshipping

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos (if applicable) and order details

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

For large or bulk orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

International Shipping

Currently, shipping availability outside the U.S. may vary.
Additional charges such as duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
